What’s the dress code?

Don’t overthink it: smart casual for the Welcome Party on Friday, and formal for Saturday. Be comfortable and come to party. Ladies, keep in mind we will largely be hanging out on the lawn on Saturday so stilettos might be a drag!

Can I bring a plus one?

Plus ones are by invitation only and will be clearly indicated on your invitation. If you have any questions about this, just ask us!

What about kids?

Our wedding is as much a celebration for you as it is for us. If you want your kids to be a part of the festivities, they are welcome to join. If you’d like to use this weekend as an opportunity to have some kid-free time, we also fully support that.

Please let us know if you are planning on bringing your little ones, but also kindly note you will be responsible for childcare.

Do you have a registry?

You are invited to our wedding and to our home because first and foremost we love you, and for that reason we don’t have a registry set up, and we are not accepting gifts.

For real…no gifts.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! Let us know in our RSVP form whether you have any dietary restrictions.

Help, I can’t get a cell signal anywhere?!

While there is cell service in Woodstock, there is limited to no cell service in Bearsville and Mt. Tremper. We literally live here and make it work, and so can you! We recommend you download an offline version of Google Maps of this area so you can navigate in the event you do not have cell service.

During our ceremony and reception we will make wifi available to those who need it, otherwise consider this an opportunity for a digital detox.

How about transportation and parking?

For our Welcome Dinner, we will share details on travel/parking here as soon as we have them.

For our Ceremony and Reception:

If you are staying in Howland House, Twin Gables, or Kenneth Wilson, shuttle service will be provided to and from our home.

For any parties staying in other locations, we are arranging an additional meeting point for parking and shuttle service to and from our home.

Kindly note we are not offering on site parking for our guests as we are hosting at our home. If you specifically need to bring your own vehicle, please contact us directly to discuss parking.

Further details on shuttle service will be posted here closer to our wedding date!

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

We will share an event schedule closer to our wedding date, but for those arriving by taxi/ride share, please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. We will probably still be getting ready!

When do I need to RSVP?

We will share an RSVP date when sending out invitations. Stay tuned!
